Spirit of Fatima Not Assissi by Randy Engel

Please reproduce and circulateWednesday, September 28, 2011  Traditionalist Leaders Go to FatimaBenedict XVI Goes to Assisi Which Way Will YOU Go?  Part IV Countdown to Fatima Not Assisi – 30 Days A Commentary by Randy Engel Dear Friends,

This is the fourth and probably final article in this series on “Fatima Not Assisi,” concerning the planned visit of Benedict XVI to Assisi on October 27, 2011.

In my initial mailing of February 9, 2011, I asked why Benedict XVI insisted on  his own plan for world peace, rather than following Our Lady Of Fatima’s Peace Plan from heaven calling for the Consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart.

In a follow-up commentary on February 23, 2011, I presented evidence by John Vennari, editor of Catholic Family News, that the Consecration has not been done http://www.cfnews.org/jv-fatm.htm and I asked everyone at that time to mark October 13, 2011, the 94th anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, as a day of prayer, penance and fasting in reparation for the sacrileges that marked Assisi I. A number of traditional priests have responded to the call for a special Mass on October 13th  to honor Our Lady of Fatima and for reparation for the scandal of Assisi. Thanks also to those of you who have pledged to carry out some form of reparation on that day.

In Part III of “Fatima Not Assisi” issued on March 12, 2011, a link was provided to the scandal and sacrilege that was Assisi 1986 with visual references to the roles of prominence given to Protestants, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, Muslims, Animists, Zoroastrians and other sects at the Assisi gathering. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3Bx4eAPClM&NR=1.

Alas, barring divine intervention, it appears that Benedict XVI, plans to proceed to Assisi on October 27, 2011 for another scandalous and sacrilegious event.

What should the reaction of the Traditionalist Movement be to this latest Modernist challenge to our Catholic faith?

Many years ago, when I worked to aid Vietnamese refugees in Saigon and other locations in South Vietnam, a common phrase one would hear from relief workers was that “a refugee is someone who votes with his feet.”

In the light of Assisi 2011, I am making a plea to leaders of the  worldwide Traditionalist Movement, clerical and lay,  TO VOTE WITH THEIR FEET and to assemble with their bishops, priests and lay members as a UNITED FRONT under Our Lady’s banner at Fatima on October 27, 2011. Traditionalists from Europe, especially from Portugal, France and Italy will necessarily make up the largest contingent. Those of us who cannot be physically present at Fatima can unite ourselves to those present by our attendance at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and recitation of the Rosary on that day.

It is no secret that the Traditionalist Movement has been near mortally wounded by constant fratricidal warfare among its leadership. Can our leaders heed this call for UNITY in the face of the implacable enemy for just this one day?

The Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) under Bishop Bernard Fellay has been in the news of late as the society considers its ultimate relationship with the Holy See. The world is waiting to see in which direction the bishop’s feet will take him.

I propose that Bishop Fellay and other Traditionalist leaders vote with their feet by being present at Fatima on October 27, 2011. Perhaps, with the help of Our Lord and Our Lady, Bishop Fellay along with all of our Traditionalist leaders, can extend to each other the hand of true Charity and use the event to begin the long road home to the unification of the Traditionalist Movement.

Imagine! Traditionalists united and praying together under the banner of Our Lady on October 27, 2011 at Fatima.   Is there anything that Modernist Rome fears more than this? Alto quien vive!!
